Product Description

GV-51J1ACP Series – 8 MP Sony IMX546 Global Shutter GigE Camera

Compact. Accurate. Optimized for Precision Vision Systems

The IDS GV-51J1ACP series is a GigE Vision-compliant industrial camera built around the Sony IMX546 global shutter CMOS sensor, offering 8.13 MP resolution (2856 x 2848 px) in a compact, lightweight form. Available in both Color (C-HQ) and Mono (M-GL) variants, this camera line is tailored for applications requiring low-noise performance, precise synchronization, and long-term availability for industrial integration.

Engineered for advanced machine vision needs, the GV-51J1ACP camera series addresses the demand for high-resolution image acquisition with true global shutter performance, even under fast motion or variable lighting. The C-Mount lens interface, 128 MB onboard memory, and high-speed 12-bit ADC ensure flexibility and accuracy in optical inspection, robotics, and factory automation tasks. The GV-51J1ACP-M-GL (mono) version is optimized for intensity-based measurements, while the GV-51J1ACP-C-HQ (color) supports vibrant true-color applications.

With long exposure capability up to 120 seconds, integrated LUT, PTP, and GPIOs for strobe/trigger control, this series empowers engineers in industries like semiconductor inspection, precision assembly, and scientific imaging to build reliable, synchronized vision systems.
