Shipping Terms

Inosaki Sdn Bhd or Inosaki Enterprise ships all items under Ex-Works (EXW) terms. Under these terms, the buyer is responsible for all costs, risks, and liabilities associated with the shipment from our premises to the final destination. Once the Products leave our premises, the buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage during transit, customs delays, and any other issues related to transportation.

Inosaki Sdn Bhd will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products to the address provided by the Customer. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. This may include, but is not limited to, weather conditions, customs clearance delays, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

No deliveries will be made on Sundays or public holidays. If there is a change in your delivery address or contact information, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately before shipment.

If the Customer or their representative is not available to receive the delivery, a notification will be left at the delivery address, and we will attempt to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If the Customer fails to accept delivery after this second attempt, or if there is an undue delay or refusal to receive the Products, the Order will be considered canceled, and the Customer will bear all costs incurred by Inosaki Sdn Bhd, including, but not limited to, delivery fees, administrative charges, and return shipping fees.

In cases where the Customer is not available to receive the delivery, a representative may accept the Products on the Customer’s behalf. The representative must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity. The Customer or their representative may be asked to show valid identification (such as a government-issued ID) and sign for the Products upon delivery.

Inosaki Sdn Bhd or Inosaki Enterprise reserves the right to withhold or cancel delivery if there are concerns regarding the Customer’s creditworthiness or insufficient identification.
