Inosaki Sdn Bhd / Inosaki Enterprise ships on an Ex-Works (EXW), Malaysia basis by default.
Customers may also request other international shipping terms (such as FOB or CIF) upon agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, customers are responsible for arranging and paying shipping, insurance, and import charges from our premises to the final destination.
We can ship directly to your end-customer under your company name.
Your invoice can be attached while Inosaki’s invoice and company details remain hidden.
Neutral or white-label packaging is available if you prefer no visible Inosaki branding.
Please email your special instructions and invoice PDF to sales@inosaki.com before shipment.
All product prices are Ex-Works (EXW) Malaysia by default.
Estimated shipping cost for parcels under 500g to the USA is USD 25–40, and to Europe is USD 25–30, based on FedEx rate estimates and fuel surcharge.
Heavier shipments receive discounted rates, and shipping can be combined for multiple items.
We recommend FedEx for small shipments, as customs clearance is fast, automated, and usually hassle-free for customers.
Customers may confirm the final courier cost before or after purchase, especially if Inosaki is handling the shipment.
Customers with their own courier or logistics partner may send their labels; we will pack and apply the label for pickup.
Typical transit time for express service is 3–7 business days, depending on courier route and customs clearance.
For large or bulk shipments, we use reinforced cartons and protective materials to ensure safe transit.
Warranty coverage begins from the date the goods are received by the customer.
Warranty periods follow the original manufacturer’s terms, unless otherwise stated on the quotation or invoice.
Dispatch operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please notify us of any address or contact changes before shipment.
Customers may arrange pickup from our Malaysia facility once payment and packaging are confirmed.
Tracking information is shared once the parcel is handed over to the courier.
If a delivery is missed, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel per their policy.
Under EXW, risk transfers to the buyer once goods are collected from our premises.
If Inosaki arranges shipping, we will assist with courier claim processes using packing photos and documentation.
Even when customers use their own courier, Inosaki will still support claim preparation by providing all relevant shipping information, such as packing photos, weight data, and pickup proof.
Please report any damage or shortage within 3 days of receipt, including photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product.
Keep all packaging materials for courier inspection during the claim process.
Buyers are responsible for customs clearance, import taxes/duties, and any local handling or destination fees.
We recommend FedEx Express for international parcels, as customs processing is automatic and smooth, minimizing paperwork for customers.
Customers in countries applying VAT or GST may claim back their import tax according to local regulations. If documentation is required for tax claim or exemption, Inosaki will provide commercial invoices, declarations, or value breakdowns upon request.
Some countries may require importer registration or additional documents; please verify requirements with your customs broker before ordering.
Commercial invoice and packing list (Inosaki or customer’s version, upon request).
Serial number or lot details, if available from the manufacturer.
Certificates, compliance, or tax-related documents to support VAT/GST claims or exemptions when requested.
