Refund and Return Policy

This Return and Refund policy applies exclusively to online purchases made through the Inosaki Sdn Bhd or Inosaki Enterprise website.

  1. Manufacturer Defects and Warranty Claims: Products covered by third-party warranties, such as EMO or other manufacturers, will follow the respective warranty terms and conditions. Claims for defects or errors due to manufacturing faults may be considered for return or replacement, subject to verification by us or the manufacturer.
  2. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns: Refunds and returns are subject to product availability and compliance with local safety laws. Customers are required to notify us by submitting a completed return form within seven (7) days of receiving the product. Claims for latent defects that emerge later may be eligible if covered under the warranty period.
  3. Return/Exchange Conditions: Returns or exchanges can be arranged under the following circumstances:
    • The product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
    • The wrong product is delivered.
    • The product received differs significantly from the description or images provided on the website.

    Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Minor damage to packaging may be acceptable if the product itself is unused and intact.

  4. Return Procedure: Upon receipt of the completed return form, we will contact the customer within seven (7) days to provide instructions for the return. Please do not return any products before receiving our instructions.
  5. Shipping Costs and Refunds: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will reimburse the customer for the return shipping costs upon receiving the courier payment slip. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the product is returned and verified by our team.
  6. Courier Risks: The customer is responsible for the condition and risk of the product until it reaches us. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service to avoid loss or damage during return shipping. We are not liable for any damages or losses before receiving the product.
  7. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Please note that delays in refund processing may occur due to the policies of your financial institution, and Inosaki Sdn Bhd or Inosaki Enterprise is not liable for such delays.
  8. Limitation of Liability: Inosaki Sdn Bhd or Inosaki Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, costs, or damages resulting from the return or refund process, including delays in shipping or refund processing.
