Syntax

INT is_WriteEEPROM (HIDS hCam, INT Adr, char* pcString, INT Count)

Description

hint_info

This function is obsolete and should not be used anymore. We recommend to use the is_PersistentMemory() function instead.

Using is_WriteEEPROM(), you can write data to the EEPROM of the camera. Besides the hard-coded factory information, the EEPROM of the uEye can hold 64 bytes of user data.

hint_info

No downward compatibility

If you write data into the camera EEPROM using driver version 4.50, the EEPROM cannot be read correctly with an older driver version.
